Section 169
<br> which the court may order to produce the document
If the court finds that a person is in possession of any evidence which the party to the case has not or cannot present but which is necessary to judge the case, the court may order such person to produce evidence at any time during the proceedings of the case.
(2) If there is an order to submit evidence in accordance with sub-section (1), the person concerned shall present such documents in person or through any other person within the period specified in the order.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the court may impose a fine of up to ten thousand rupees on the person who fails to submit the document or fails to mention the reasonable reason for not being able to submit the document.
(2) If there is an order to submit evidence in accordance with sub-section (1), the person concerned shall present such documents in person or through any other person within the period specified in the order.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the court may impose a fine of up to ten thousand rupees on the person who fails to submit the document or fails to mention the reasonable reason for not being able to submit the document.
